Child-safe, Low heavy metal, recyclable vinyl pockets

Made to order vinyl pockets, pouches, sleeves, wallets, binder / book pages and display holders made from CONEG-compliant materials that are non-phthalate and recyclable are being produced by RNR Plastics, Inc. of Raynham, Massachusetts, USA.

To address legislation such as the CPSIA of 2008, RNR EnviroVinyl™ Pockets are made from child-friendly materials that are low in heavy metal content and use

non-phthalate plasticizers. Made to order, they are available in a variety of styles and sizes, and can be die-cut, punched, and include windows, special printing or embossing.

Developed for customers concerned about toxics in packaging and the CPSIA of 2008, RNR EnviroVinyl™ Pockets can be made from 6 to 30-gauge (0.0058" - 0.030") clear or colored PVC in 2” sq. up to 24” x 36” sizes. They can incorporate self-adhesive, repositionable, and specialty adhesives, flexible adhesive magnetic tape, grommets, and encapsulated rare-earth magnets depending on your application.
